PROBLEM OF EFFECTIVENESS OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS COMMUNICATIONS IN THE EDUCATIONAL SPACE OF SIBERIA

Abstract: 
The main objective of this article is an attempt to formulate some factors, which lead to ineffective communications of universities in the educational space of Siberia. Informational and communicatory aspects of formation of educational space with functioning of all its elements are analyzed in this paper. The author uses method of structural-functional analysis to formulate the series of factors which reduce effectiveness of universities communications. In the end author formulate five basic theses, which characterize communication problems of higher education institution in educational space f Siberia.
