CORRELATION OF CREATIVITY AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

Abstract: 
Currently,the ever-changingsocio-economic and political conditions requirea creative approachto solvingproblems.In this regard,the formation ofthe creativepersonalityacquiressocial significance. This article contains the results of studies on the interaction between creativity and personal characteristics of high school students. The primary aim of the given research is to identify the structure and content of the term “creativity“. The author uses a number of theoretical and empirical methods. The methods of mathematical statistics are used to analyze the results of the experiment. The main conclusion of the study is that creativity is the ability which is interconnected with some personal characteristics, like a dominance, carelessness, kind-hearted, dreamy, radicalism, impulsiveness and self-sufficiency.This allows us to consider creativity not as a process and as the ability within the structure of the personality. The teacher, of course, should take this into accountwhen organizingthe training process.
