ROLE OF PERSONAL AXIOLOGICAL BASIS IN ACTUALIZATION OF PERSONAL GROWTH OF OFFICER OF INTERNAL TROOPS OF MINISTERY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF RUSSIA

Abstract: 
The article examines the problem of how the personal system of values influences the process of actualization of personal growth of the officer of internal troops in the context of specific features of his activity. The structure of values of officer is recommended. By means of empiric application of diagnostics tests and methods developed by А. Maslow, V. N. Karandashev, D. A. Leontiev, E. I. Rasskazova, the author of the article shows the role the axiological sphere plays in the actualization of graduate’s need for personal growth, and reveals interrelation between personal values and self-actualization processes. It is demonstrated in the article that self-actualization and personal growth are interrelated with the parameters of vitality (mindfulness and control). Requirements for the content of the program to actualize the cadets’ personal growth are formulated.
