FACTORS INFLUENCING THE EFFICACY OF E-LEARNING

Abstract: 
The article examines the factors affecting the effectiveness of the implementation of e-learning technologies in the university. This is a motivational factor, training teaching staff to work in an electronic environment, training and methodological support and the availability of skills in information and communication technology among students. These factors have been described, classified and visualized in the form of mental maps. The conditions were defined for the successful introduction and implementation of e-learning.
