DOES THE FINANCIAL LITERACY PROMOTE ENTERPRISE CULTURE FORMATION FOR SCHOOL STUDENTS IN THE USA?

Abstract: 
The article underlines the lack of attention from the government to the formation of financial literacy of youth in Russia.The present Russian system of financial literacy education is of concern for all people because it justifies inadequate assessment of young people objectiverisks which might be in any forms of investment.The view of one of the richest billionaire of the USA on the financial literacy of American youth is considered. He underlines that the financial literacy is the basic requirement like reading and all people should possess it without exclusion. The article highlights that the system of enterprise culture formation in the USA via youth financial literacy teaching gains peculiar importancewhich helps to develop practical-oriented tendency in education and in the formation of social and economic competencies of school students. Prospects of financial literacy programs application in the system of the Russian education are analyzed.
