PECULIARITIES OF SYNDROME OF EMOTIONAL FADING OF TEACHERS WITH DIFFERENT LENGTH OF SERVICE

Abstract: 
The article studies the relationship of burnout and work experience on an example of teachers (N = 150 pers.) on the secondary schools in Semipalatinsk (Kazakhstan). As a diagnostic tool has been used a technique Boyko“Diagnosis of the level of burnout”, which allows you to see the leading symptoms of burnout and to follow the laws of formation of the syndrome. A content analysis of the results revealed a technique possible factors of burnout, especially symptoms, their importance in the whole picture of the individual. And determined the relationship between the severity of symptoms of burnout and duration of teaching experience.
