THE ACTUALIZATION OF SOCIO-PEDAGOGICAL INITIATIVE AS A DESIGN FACTOR OF EDUCATIONAL REALITY

Abstract: 
In the article are the psychological-pedagogical specificities of actualization of socio-pedagogical initiative as a design factor of educational reality considers, are necessary for successful learning in the modern educational environment. It was determined, that the obvious transition of the potential opportunities of a teacher in relevant is realized, that’s reinforcing the motivational aspect and social expectations of students, which are associated with hope for his proactive role in the design of educational reality. The analysis of domestic and foreign literary sources and the results of the researches are allowed to develop a conceptual model and the technology of actualization of socio-pedagogical initiative of the teacher to self-actualization in the professional activity. The considerable attention is vital experience learning as an effective technology of the educational reality design given, are formed personal educational meanings, values, factors of development and the problems life’s self-determination of students.
