Improving the Health-saving Activities of Subjects of Education

Abstract:
It is shown that due to the systemic transformation of socio-cultural conditions, accompanied by a deterioration of the social and economic situation, and an increase in the intensity of education, one of the key ideas of education reform is the principle of health conservation and social conformity of students. The purpose of the article is to reflect the theoretical justification, development and experimental verification of pedagogical conditions for improving the health-saving competence of teachers of basic general education. Methodology. It is stated that the health-saving potential of an educational organization is the basis for maintaining and strengthening health, increasing the adaptive resources of an individual, provided that schools, families interact with other social institutions, and preschool education institutions, which, in turn, requires building up the professional health-saving competence of teachers. It has been established that all types of health-saving competencies are complex and reflect significant characteristics of professional activity. Research results. The article presents the results of various types of interaction between subjects of education in secondary schools in the process of implementing didactic, psychological, pedagogical, and information technology health-saving competencies aimed at using integrative, differentiated tools, methods, and technologies, taking into account the functional capabilities and regulatory behavioral characteristics of students. Conclusion. The authors argue that the implementation of comprehensive socio-pedagogical and psychological-physiological monitoring is a core psychological and pedagogical condition that allows coordinating the actions of all subjects of education.
