THEORETICAL BASES OF FORMATION OF THE INDIVIDUAL CONSCIOUSNESS OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

Abstract: 
The urgency of the formation of individual legal consciousness of modern senior pupils isprovedin the article. A theoretical model of legal consciousness of a modern senior pupil, representing the unity of intellectual, emotional and volitional and behavioral components is described. Cognitive, evaluative and regulatory functions that define the essence of legal consciousness are marked. The following three levels of its establishment are described: legal consciousness of law-abiding direction, legal consciousness of predominantly positive direction, contradictory legal consciousness.
