Physical activity in their existing form as the main form of organization of physical education of children and adolescents in an educational organization is not fulfilling its main task – the preservation and strengthening of health of students. One of the reasons for this is the outdated methodology of physical education classes, where there is no leading component of its target instal-lation. Instead, it proposes objectives: the main; the main, of developing and other. However, in the logic of the system approach, objectives, whatever they may be – only a basic set of tactical actions of the teacher to achieve the goal. Thus, no matter how interesting the content was not objective, it cannot be a substitute for the target setting training sessions.
