THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF THE TRAINING OF TEACHER AS A SUBJECT OF PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITY IN THE PERIOD OF TRANSFORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

Abstract: 
The article shows the peculiarities of professional training of a teacher as a subject of pedagogical activity. This training demands the revision of the content and educational technologies of future specialists training with due regard to multifunctional specification of professional pedagogical activity. The paper considers the new trends of the educational organization in a pedagogical university regarding the ideas of personality self development, ensuring the personal educational path to each student.The authors believe that there are two ways of future teacher development as a subject (executor) of pedagogical activity. The first is to train him in different types of pedagogical activity. It’s an extensive path and the educational process in its scope does not allow realizing the educational standard of professional education. The second way held by authors is more complicated but the most possible in the realization of the third standard of HPE: to train the students the general methods of teacher’s work and to teach them to decide the non-standard non-typical educational tasks, permitting to “adapt themselves” to the situation. It’s important having found out the generic characteristics of pedagogical activity to train the future teachers the general types of education.
