INCENTIVES OF TEACHER’S PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITY QUALITY SELF-IMPROVEMENT MOTIVATION IN A PROFESSIONAL EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION
Abstract:
The article covers the results of research on determination of the most important incentives of teacher’s pedagogical activity quality self-improvement motivation in a professional educational organization taking into account the recent changes in the system of education, barriers of stimulation, expectations of students to a lecturer and Federal Law on Education requirements to teacher’s pedagogical activity.
