THE SPECIFIC OF FORMING THE PROFESSIONAL PORTER OF MEDIATOR IN THE SYSTEM OF SCHOOL EDUCATION: THE EXPERIENCE OF RUSSIA AND GERMANY

Abstract: 
In the article reviewing the problems and specifics of forming the professional porter of mediator in the system of school education the in Russia and Germany. Based on analysis of literature on the problem the main, basic frameworks are distinguished. They define ethics and principle of mediation: the principle of voluntariness; the principle of confidentiality; the principle of communication and equality; the principle of impartiality and independence. The laws connected with school mediation are discussed, the factors that influence positively and negatively on forming of the profession of mediator in Germany and Russia. The ways of development of school mediation in Russia are defined.
