MODERN EDUCATION TECHNOLOGY OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE IN A JAPANESE SCHOOL

Abstract: 
The article describes the main provisions of modern education standard used in Japan for foreign language teaching in school and also have the competencies acquired by students in learning a foreign language. The author also provides step-by-step technology planning lessons and curriculum based on the communicative method of teaching and the competence approach. Discusses the features of drafting an evaluation sheet on the levels and criteria, designated General theme lessons for primary level of education. In conclusion, the author analyzes the possibility of application of the described pedagogical technologies in the process of learning the Japanese language high school students in Russian schools. This technology can also be useful to teachers of Russian as a foreign language.The material presented is based on the results of the internship of the author (Tokyo, August 2015) under the auspices of the Japan international cultural forum and approved by the school teachers of the Russian language in Japan.
