In article main principles and approaches to a phenomenon unconscious determination socialisation of the person are reflected. Base methodological bases to understanding of unconscious tendencies of socialisation are discussed. The essence and the maintenance of new concept «imposit» in the modern psychology, reflecting role invariants socialisation of the person at different stages reveal. The analysis showing is given, that at the heart of socialisation of the person deep role determinants – imposits on which basis the prediction of character of socialisation is possible lay. Kinds 10 role imposits and their basic line of conduct in three measured space are described: an age, sex and aspect. Article materials allow to understand unconscious bases of socialisation of the person more deeply.
