Modeling the Routing of a Student’s life Perspective with Disabilities as a Task for the Parent-teacher Community

Abstract:
The success of modeling the routing of the life prospects of students with disabilities is considered in the context of family and school cooperation, and depends on many factors, among which the unavailability of support services specialists and the lack of motivation among adolescents themselves are more often indicated. In the context of the expansion of inclusive practices across the entire vertical of inclusion from early childhood to the stage of choosing a life path, the problem of finding successful career guidance options and life-defining prospects for adolescents with disabilities is increasing. The purpose of this study is to find an answer to the question of the parent-teacher community about the potential options for routing the life prospects of a student with disabilities at the stage of completing school education. Methodological approaches to research – systemic, ontogenetic and nosological. The following methods were used in the construction of the study: theoretical analysis, pilot survey; in the development of a generalized model for routing life prospects − design, pedagogical modeling, experimental work. The results of the study. The article presents an analysis of studies of factors influencing the determination of a person with disabilities’ life prospects, the results of an online survey of 52 families raising teenagers and young people aged 12 to 30, and a generalized routing model that allows support services specialists to make a forecast and discuss future life options with parents of graduates with disabilities. Conclusion. The obtained results made it possible to identify the main vectors for building the life route of adolescents with disabilities, considering cooperation with the family as its most important factor contributing to success.
