The article describes concept of linguoculturalvalueas one of requirements to learning texts which being used in the process of learning of a second language.The signed aspect assumes comprehension of issues appearing in the phase of writing and presentation of a text, and also organization of work with the text. Thus the main purpose of the article is an attempt of solving issues related the selection of units having linguoculturalvaluefor including such units into the learning text, its typologization, possible sources, and its semantization on the pre-text phase of work.
