AN EFFICIENT SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT IN THE CONDITIONS CHIL-DREN’S HEALTH CAMP

Abstract: 
The article deals with the formation of an effective system of self-government in terms of the Camp. The content of such concepts as “self-government”, “children’s self-government”. Representing the function of children’s self-government. A brief description of the appointment of children’s self-government in terms of the Camp. The paper presents the structure and mechanisms of the government in the children’s camp “Blue Bird”. Reveals the laws of the Camp, game titles heads of government such as the children’s “stalker” and “slid-er”, the rights and obligations of the master commander, his responsibility to the “commanders of the Council”.
