In this context, investigates the processes of mobilization and depletion of coping resources. On the basis of theoretical analysis concludes that resource mobilization can be explained by the cognitive evaluation of the situation and their own capabilities of coping with it. The results of two experimental series. The first series is devoted to the study of the situational context as a factor in the mobilization of coping resources. Respondents are adults aged 25 to 61 years (n = 63). It is concluded that 1) most often the mobilization of resources require extreme and stressful situations; 2) adults rely on emotional-volitional, intellectual, communicative, motivational and physical resources. The second series is devoted to the study of the depletion of resources of parents raising children with disabilities (n = 38). It is shown that the depletion of coping resources is called the assessment of the situation as insurmountable, hopeless; it takes place on physical and mental (emotional, intellectual, behavioural) level.
