Conditions for the Development of Professional Competence of a Teacher in the Field of Technical Creativity of Preschoolers

Abstract:
Abstract. The relevance of the research is related to the growing need for teachers of preschool education to develop competencies in the field of technical creativity. In the context of modern challenges related to the need for preschoolers to develop skills that are in demand in an innovative society, special attention is being paid to the training of teachers who are able to effectively combine traditional and innovative approaches in educational activities. The aim of the research is to identify and substantiate the organizational and pedagogical conditions conducive to the development of professional competence of teachers in this field. The article presents the results of a theoretical analysis of scientific literature, which made it possible to clarify key concepts such as “children’s technical creativity” and “professional competence of a teacher in the field of technical creativity of preschoolers”. Based on system-activity, competence-based and personality-oriented approaches, the structure of professional competence has been developed, including motivational, cognitive-creative, activity-designing and reflexive-evaluative components. The authors proposed a set of conditions: diagnosis of professional deficits, implementation of a professional development program, creation of a resource center and a network community. Special attention is paid to the integration of educational and professional activities, which ensures the productive implementation of knowledge in practice. The results of the research can be used to improve the system of additional professional education and scientific and methodological support for preschool education teachers.
