THE CLUB WITH THE SAME INTERESTS AS A MEANS OF EDUCATION OF PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL SUCCESS OF FUTURE TEACHERS

Abstract: 
The article reveals the urgency of the problem of teacher training in educational institutions of secondary vocational education; justified use of this sphere the concept of “professional and personal success of a specialist”. Referring to the process of preparation of future teachers, the author presents the experience of implementing programs in Teachers College Club “Teacher, which is expected”. An effective means of training and education within the framework of activities of the club is to create a community of students and teachers. Interest club is one of the types of community and is seen as a place of formation of abilities required for the entry of students into the profession. The author pays special attention to the use of innovative educational technologies. In the final part of the article describes the results of the program “Teacher, which is expected”.
