RESEARCHES OF RESENTMENT IN THE RUSSIAN PSYCHOLOGY: CURRENT STATE AND PROSPECTS

Abstract: 
The article provides the short review of the Russian researches in the field of psychology of resentment. In general this direction only starts developing, there is an insignificant number of scientific works. Researches of such authors as O. A. Apunevich, M. A. Nabatova, T. A. Emikh, Z. A. Ageeva, N. Yu. Gusakov are noted. Traditionally the resentment is considered as negative emotion in response to the unfair relation from the offender, allocates a variety of psychological resentment function, geves classification of its types. However the interpretation of resentment as jet emotion bars the way to adequate comprehension of this phenomenon. It is methodologically more preferable to consider resentment as process and the same time as cognitive, emotional (affective) and volitional phenomenon.
