ORGANIZATION OF PREPARATION OF MANAGERIAL STAFF FOR THE EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM AT MASTER’S COURSE

Abstract: 
In the article on the basis of system and competence approaches, key positions of a new managerial paradigm the main positions of the Concept of the organization of preparation of managerial staff for the educational system at Master’s course are stated. The necessity of professional preparation of managerial staff for the contemporary educational system is substantiated; the peculiarities of studying “a Master’s degree for adultsˮ are revealed. The author presents the experience of Omsk state pedagogical university in organizing the professional preparation of managerial staff for the educational system giving as an example the Master’ s course in the direction of preparation 44.04.04 – Vocational training (economics and management), Master’s programmes “Management in Education”, “Human Resource Management in Education”
