THE MODEL OF TRAINING PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS ON THE BASIS OF A PRACTICE-ORIENTED APPROACH

Abstract: 
The article is about the need for a practice-oriented approach to training future primary school teachers, examines the various interpretations of practice-based approach to teaching and peculiarities of its implementation in practice of training of future teachers in educational institutions. Based on the analysis of existing experience, practice-oriented training requirements and functional responsibilities of elementary school teachers highlighted in professional standard “Teacher”, the directions of preparation of future primary school teachers and especially their implementation. Attention is paid to conditions of implementation of a practice-oriented approach in training bachelors of future primary school teachers. Attention is drawn to the integrative nature of the training of teachers. The model of practice-oriented training of future primary school teachers is considered in the issue, including mastering of professional knowledge and skills in the classroom at the University and in practice at the school.
