DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATION THROUGH THE REALIZATION OF PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS “EXPERTS IN THE FIELD OF SOCIALIZATION”

Abstract: 
The article summarizes the results of working FGBNU “Institute for childhood studying, family and socialization of the Russian Academy of Education” project of the professional standard “Specialist in the field of socialization”.The description of the type of professional activity, and the main goal of the professional activity of a specialist in the field of education, the content of which is disclosed in the generalized system of labor functions, highlighting the specificity of each position included in the professional standards. Development of professional standards considered in the context of Strategy of socialization development in the Russian Federation for the period up to 2025. Introduction of professional standard is characterized as a mechanism for development of socialization in Russia by strengthening its human resource capacity.
