THE FORMATION OF THE SELF-EXPRESSION’S CULTURE COMPONENTS OF STUDENTS OF TEACHER TRAINING UNIVERSITY AS A CONDITION OF THEIR PROFESSIONAL SELF-REALIZATION

Abstract: 
The author's view on the creation of conditions for future teachers’ professional self-realization with usage of features of self-discovery’s formation, motivational and emotional, axiological, epistemological, activity, reflexive-evaluative components of their self-expression’s culture is presented in the article. It is used theoretical analysis, comparison and matching of the formation processes of teacher training university students’ self-expression culture and professional self-realization to identify appropriate opportunities. As a result it is ascertained that such first process’s features, as the realization of the desire for personal development, satisfaction from choosing the professional activity sphere, reflection, analysis, taken norms’ assessment of pedagogical work, the subject functions’ implementation in educational and professional activity contribute to the creation of conditions for successful passing of students’ professional realization.
