The influence of the ways of coping behavior on the socio-psychological climate in structural divisions of DIA

Abstract: 
The article is devoted to the study of the influence of dominant ways of coping behavior on the socio-psychological climate evaluation in the structural divisions of DIA. The main purpose of this paper was to identify the links between the perception of climate and strategies of coping behavior. It is empirically justified that employees who prefer unproductive coping strategies perceive the climate as hostile and unfavorable. Employees who prefer productive coping strategies evaluate the climate as favorable
