Principles of Pedagogical Interaction Between Subjects of Basic and Additional Physical Culture and Sports Education at School and University

Abstract: 
The article discusses the problems of the development of pedagogical interaction between participants in educational relations as one of the ways to organize joint activities of teachers and the activities of pedagogical associations. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the principles of pedagogical interaction of participants in educational relations of subjects of basic and additional physical culture and sports of school and university education. A review of the scientific literature on the research problem made it possible to identify the main essence of pedagogical interaction – the cooperation of pedagogical organizations, communities, and collectives aimed at acquiring, enriching, and exchanging professional knowledge and experience, and the formation of universal competencies that contribute to achieving a set professional (pedagogical, personal) goal. The methodology and research methods provide fundamental support for the theoretical and philosophical foundations that define the scientific approach to the study of the problem. The article uses scientific methods – analysis of scientific research literature on research issues; analysis of the activities and pedagogical interaction (based on joint projects) of professional communities of basic and additional physical culture and sports of school and university education. The results of the study and their discussion. In the course of the research, it was established that the main principles of pedagogical interaction between subjects of school and university basic and additional physical culture and sports education are: targeted, organizational-activity, developmental, personality-oriented, motivational, informational, cultural, research and others. Conclusion. Taking into account the principles of pedagogical interaction between subjects of basic and additional physical culture and sports education at school and university contributes to physical education, athletic training of athletes, health promotion, and raising the level of knowledge of teachers and students about ways to save health. Also, taking into account the principles outlined in the article in the process of collaboration has a positive effect on achieving a collective (or personal) educational, developmental, and functional result.
