School mediation: approaches, contexts, particular qualities

Abstract: 
This article reflects the problem of conflagogenicity in the area of conflict behavior of youngsters. The introduction and development of a network of school reconciliation services involves formation of different from the standard worldview teachers and students in the field of conflict solution, the prevention of bullying among minors and increase of professional competence of teachers themselves. The advantages and disadvantages of mediation are considered. Particular emphasis in this study was focused not on conflicts, but on the analysis of individual's behavior in context of conflictual relations. The article presents approaches regulating the activities of reconciliation services (mediation), stages and features of creating mediation services, practical resource material useful in working with students.
