Network interaction between high school and school as a form of the elementary school’s future teachers’ practice-oriented training

Abstract: 
The article deals with the problem of implementing the network interaction between the pedagogical institute and the general education organization in the preparation of future primary school teachers using practical-oriented instruction. The current legal and regulatory framework for regulating the network form of implementing the educational program is highlighted. The main advantages of network interaction between organizations of higher and primary general education are presented in the implementation of the model of practice-oriented training of teaching staff. Described skills and readiness, the formation of which is possible by creating educational areas on the basis of a general education institution. Using the sample of a unique system of network interaction between the North Ossetian State Pedagogical Institute and Pedagogical Complex No. 1 of Vladikavkaz-city, the expediency of using a network form is substantiated. The competences that are to be formed by future teachers are revealed, thanks to such cooperation with the purpose of training new personnel in according with the Professional Standard of the Teacher.
