Interdisciplinary communications at history and the english language lessons as a basis of formation of pupil’s interdisciplinary skills

Abstract: 
The article deals with possibilities of interdisciplinary communications at History and the English language lessons in formation of skills of schoolchildren. The importance of formation of disciplinary, metasubject and personal skills is characterized. The relevance of integration in learning of History and the foreign language is substantiated. A methodical option of an integrated lesson of History and the English language for the eighth grade is proposed to a topic “Travel to Victorian schools” or “Alice in Wonderland”. The images of education and upbringing of children of Victorian era in England of the second half of the XIX century are organized on the basis of Lewis Carroll’s work “Alice in Wonderland” written in English and cognitive creative tasks. The conclusion is that through the subjects integration becomes possible the formation of metasubject results on the basis of generalized methods, techniques and means, and also of organizational forms of pupils’ activities.
