Development of key management staff competence of network self-learning organization

Abstract: 
In order to achieve the goal of becoming of the network self-learning organization of additional professional education, is to enhance the effectiveness of the institutions of additional professional education, it is evident that continuous improvement of the level of key management competences of its employees in a network of professionally-developing educational space. Used set of theoretical and empirical research methods has allowed us to develop, prove and test the model of individual practice-oriented development of management competence of employees of network learning organization of additional professional education through the implementation of intensive educational technologies and create synergies in the motivational-value network of professionally-developing educational space.
