Using web-quest technologies in the students 'independent work

Abstract: 
The article raises the problem of the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process. The author emphasizes the need of mastering ICT competencies outlined in the standard of education professionals, in accordance with the national objectives of our country, analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of the organization of independent work of students with the use of remote educational web quest technology. Using the web quest technology allows you to change the ratio of students to work independently, develop generic competences (search, analysis and evaluation of information, teamwork) successfully implement the relevant professional activities, mastering professional competences.
