A gender approach to developing generic competences in the educational space of the university

Abstract: 
This article reflects the problems of the system of gender education in the universities, and proposed solutions to these problems. Highlighted areas of study system in education. The article presents the analysis of existing methodological approaches to the definition of “universal jurisdiction”. Discloses the notions “competence” and “universal jurisdiction” in the system of modern education. Describes the pedagogical conditions, allowing to develop a set of universal competencies in the educational space with a gender approach. Presented technology of development of universal competences through educational activities. The experience of realization of educational activities of higher educational institutions on the basis of competence approach. Summarizes the theoretical and empirical aspects of the activities of universities in the allocation system of universal competencies. Designated a set of core generic competencies required for successful professional and personal realization of a specialist in the Humanities, including graduate of the faculty of psychology. Main components of the system of universal competencies, which include high personal characteristics and ability to realize the acquired skills, knowledge and experience. A number of types of activities, which can be formed a universal jurisdiction. Analyzed the methodological basis of the gender approach in the educational work of the University.
