Academic mobility as a condition of personal and professional development of students

Abstract: 
This article is devoted to academic mobility as a prerequisite for personal and professional development of students. Researching this issue, the author notes that one of conditions for expanding and strengthening a unified educational space, is a high mobility. Today academic mobility is one of the major trends in high education and contributes to productive solutions to the problems of modern education and a particular person. Academic mobility is expressed not only in free movement of students across national borders of different states, but also in the ability and readiness for continuous self-education that promotes personal-professional formation of a future specialist.
