Technologies of students’ creative self-realization in the process of fiction studying

Abstract: 
On the basis of fiction studying process and forming of aesthetic culture of students the author worked out the optimal technologies of the modern specialist training, which goes together with high professionalism, aesthetic culture and ability to creative self-realization. The article shows methods of collaboration between students and teacher, students of different major subjects and other services of university. This is the way of perfection of educational process and accumulation by students of the necessary knowledge by and their creative realization on this basis. Into the view of the author there are methods and receptions of forming of active stand of the personality, creative use of modern innovative technologies in the educational and training process. Among the most effective technologies there are considered problem lectures, lectures-discussions, lectures-creative reports with elements of interpersonal collaboration. For practical lessons the author develops methodology of modern analysis of the literary works with attraction of the different types of extracurricular activity of clubs, study groups, theatrical studios.
