To the question of interrelation of temporal competence and psychological borders of the personality

Abstract: 
The article considers questions of temporal competence in their interrelation with psychological borders of personality, analyses approaches of foreign and Russian psychologists to understanding the role of temporal competence in efficient activities, proves the need of studying competence in time through a prism of psychological borders of personality. In the light of the context of modernisation of Russian education the need of studying of a construct “temporal and personal borders” is declared as a reply to the request of society in upbringing and educational practices allowing to create and adjust the space and temporal competence of personality providing independence and a capability to full self-realisation.
