PEDAGOGICAL PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF BACHELOR MANAGEMENT

Abstract: 
The purpose of the article is to present the results of the conducted pedagogical research concerning the development and approbation of the model of pedagogical provision of the professional training of bachelors in management. In the article, based on the analysis and generalization of publications of researchers and the practice of educational activity, the au- thor’s understanding of pedagogical provision, which includes a set of interrelated and interdependent components: targeted, theoretical-methodological, informative, technological, effective, which allowed to create a model of pedagogical provision. This model was tested in the course of research of bachelors on a specific educational program. The results of the approbation were evaluated based on the results of mastering the educational program by the students, that is, by the formation of level of professional competence of the bachelors. At the same time, in addition to the traditional methods of evaluation, the study of satisfaction with the quality of training specialists by employer questioning was applied. Conclusions are made about the positive influence of the implementation of the pedagogical provision developed by the author on improving the effectiveness of professional training and achieving higher learning outcomes.
