Abstract:
One of the main events of modern education is its standardization. In connection with the introduction of the professional standard of the teacher, the requirements for their professional competence become relevant. The article deals with the development of communicative competence of teachers through course preparation in the system of additional professional education in accordance with the requirements of the professional standard. One of the most effective forms of a multi-level, variable system of additional education for teachers is the teacher's workshop (S. A. Mukhina, G. A. Ignatieva, O. V. Tulupova). The article describes the experience of the Department of Primary Education of the Nizhny Novgorod Institute of Educational Development for the professional development of teachers within the framework of innovative activity through a team approach.
