The problem of psycho-pedagogical support of children with a different mother tongue, bilingual children, and migrants in elementary school

Abstract: 
This study was conducted for finding the most suitable solution to the problems of effective adaptation of children with a different mother tongue (“inophones”), bilingual children, and migrants in educational organizations in Novosibirsk, and their successful integration into the Russian society. The article defines the peculiarities of psychological and pedagogical support of children-migrants shows the importance of identifying the level of Russian language proficiency, the directions of psychological and pedagogical support of children-migrants presented some guidelines on psycho-pedagogical support of children-migrants in elementary school. The research is based on the systemic and axiological approaches to the study of pedagogical processes and phenomena.
