Structure of integrated individuality of management abilities of students training on the direction of management

Abstract: 
The article reflects the main questions about the composition and structure of the individual integrity of managerial abilities of students studying in the direction of management. The problem of individuality in foreign and domestic psychology, considered as an integral quality of a person, connecting two interrelated systems with the society and the internal qualities of a person, is described. It is noted that in the problem field of the category of individuality, researchers are faced with questions in the definition of individual differences, the interaction of the internal and external in human nature. It is predicted that the main role images – Imposites – can act as integrating elements in the individuality of the managers' students. The role determination of professional self-determination as socialization of the individual is discussed, representing the formation of specific social roles, from the point of view of representatives of symbolic interactionism. Factor analysis data is presented showing that the integral individuality is based on role images that define the main line in each of the five factors. A qualitative and quantitative analysis is carried out for each of the five factors, among which service and belonging are singled out; ambitiousness; dominance and activity; spontaneity and independence, stability.
