PEDAGOGICAL SUPPORT OF PROFESSIONAL-PERSONAL SELF-DEVELOPMENT OF THE CADETS OF THE MILITARY HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTUION

Abstract: 
Problem and objectives. In this article the pedagogical maintenance of professional and personal formation of future officers of internal troops demanding the special organization of independent work of the studying cadets which result is independence – the property of the personality formed at the cadet when performing the independent work comprising potential op- portunities of self-education, self-determination and self-realization is considered. In this context, independent work becomes an effective form of organization of educational process in military higher educational institution for the formation of the professional independ- ence of the future officer. The quality of pedagogical support is determined by the creation of conditions for the professional and personal self-realization of the cadets. Methodology. The research was carried out within the framework of the solution of the problem of the professional and personal formation of the future officer; special attention should be given to the pedagogical support for the development of the personality in the educational process of the military higher educational institution. As part of our study, we offer pedagogical support for the professional and personal formation of a future officer, designed in the educational process of a military higher educational institution as mastering of military and professional experience, integrated with sociocultural values and values of military training. Conceptual for the study are the following provisions: the professional-personal formation of future officers is the leading function of a military institution integrating many other functions; the most important mechanisms of professional and personal formation of future officers are: interiorization as a process of mastering the values of the military profession; identification as a process of professional self-determination in the military professional community; reflexion a a means of internal acceptance of the military’s social position; professional-personal formation is one of the aspects of the sociocultural development of the personality. It is concluded that the basis for pedagogical support is the leading idea that the level of professional and personal formation of future officers is determined by independence in solving military professional and life problems of varying complexity. In this connection, independentmork becomes an effective form of organization of the educational process in a military higher educational institution for the formation of the professional independence of the future officer. The quality of pedagogical support is determined by the creation of conditions for the professional and personal self-realization of cadets.
