PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF FORMATION THE MILITARY-PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE OF THE CADETS OF THE MILITARY HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

Abstract: 
Problem and purpose. In the context of modernization of military education, the problem of improving the quality of not only professional training, but also the upbringing of future officers, is of particular importance. Already in the process of education in a military higher educational institution, it is necessary to form cadets’ values of serving the Motherland and instilling in them the idea of the high social importance of their profession, requiring them to manifest a high level of initiative and responsibility. In article the pedagogical conditions of formation of military professional experience of future officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs caused by a contradiction between education and mod- ern society are considered. Contradiction essence – destruction of stable model of the experience which is subject to transfer to cadets and loss by formation of the leading positions in broadcast of experience in loss conditions formal education of monopoly for training and socialization, destructions of the uniform case of cultural samples, formation of new technological way. Methodology. The study was carried out on the basis of pedagogical conditions as a set of taken measures and the circumstances stimulated by the measures on which the success of the process of forming the military professional experience of future officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. It is the pedagogical conditions and the means that make up the educational process that coherently set in motion all aspects of a person as a personality, thereby contributing to the development of his experience. The implementation of pedagogical conditions for the formation of military-professional experience of future officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs contributes to the integration of the process of cognition with self-knowledge, self-determination and self-realization, resulting in cadets acquiring, along with military and professional knowledge, experience in managing themselves and with various activities. In the structure of the military professional experience of future officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a huge importance is given to the subjective experience that allows a cadet to become not an object of knowledge and skills, but a subject of independent educational and professional activity, within which he acquires a social and personal experience, cognitive to military professional activity. In conclusion, the authors conclude that military-professional experience of future officers is an integral characteristic that determines the ability to solve military professional problems and typical military-professional tasks arising in real situations of official activity, using knowledge, skills, competencies, values and personal qualities.
