Abstract:
The aim of this work is to study the functional characteristics of the sambo wrestlers of Gorny Altai. In order to achieve it, we have examined the sambo wrestlers of Altaian nationality with different sports qualifications, the middle age of whom amounted to 21,6. This article examines the results of functional indices of the cardiovascular and muscular systems, respiratory and autonomic nervous systems. The study was conducted after performing physical exercises during the recovery period. According to the results sportsmen with high qualification presented a bradycardia from the cardiovascular system, whereas in the beginners a tachycardia is revealed, which leads to tension adjustment mechanisms.
