In this article we show the main points of one of the priority directions in higher medical education- simulation training, as an effective pedagogical instrument for qualitative preparation of future dentists to their self-dependent practical clinical medical activity. Simulation training in Medical Institute is directed to development and enhancement of wide range students’ practical abilities without any risks for patients. We have analysed and shown the experience of successful simulation training activity in Krasnoyarsk State Medical University with the help of formation Inter-department Phantom Center. We have also described the advantages of this training because it helps to improve students’ practical manipulative abilities. The data of sociological interview about some actual problems in Phantom training are shown. The sociological interview was carried out among Institute of Dentistry- NOC InStom Kras-noyarsk State Medical University graduates, who had primary accreditation in 2017.
