The formation of the professional subjectivity of the teacher in the system of corporate training of the educational organization

Problem and Ain. In the article the problem of continuous education of teachers in the conditions of the educational organization is actualized. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the ways of optimization of continuous education of teachers in the educational organization on the example of creating a corporate training system focused on the formation of professional subjectivity of the teacher. Methodology. The article substantiates the relevance of the problem at the socio-pedagogical level, scientific-pedagogical and scientific-methodical levels. Based on the analysis of domestic psychological and pedagogical concepts the article presents the results of the study of professional subjectivity of teachers as a pedagogical category. The place and role of subjectivity of the teacher in his professional development is determined. The model of corporate training focused on the formation of professional subjectivity of the teacher is substantiated. Attention is focused on its procedural component.
