The influence of pedagogical internship at the formation of readiness of bachelors- teachers to professional activity

Abstract: 
The article analyzes the experience of organizing activities in pedagogical internship in different countries. The activities implemented in the pedagogical internship of bachelors-teachers are described. The comparative analysis of different approaches to the problem of formation of readiness for professional activity is carried out. Initial indicators of components of readiness of bachelors teachers for professional activity and changes in formation of the General level of readiness of bachelors teachers for professional activity during passing of pedagogical internship are revealed. Components and levels of readiness of bachelors-teachers for professional activity are defined. The pedagogical experiment on formation of readiness of bachelors-teachers for professional activity in the course of passing of pedagogical internship is presented. Maps on diagnostics of professional qualities and properties of the personality necessary for successful pedagogical activity of teachers practitioners of high schools of Krasnoyarsk are developed. The method of measurement of the General level of readiness of bachelors-teachers for professional activity is described.
