THE FUNCTIONAL STATE OF STUDENTS AS A BASIS FOR THE APPLICATION OF PEDAGOGICAL METHODS IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION CLASSES

Abstract:
The health condition of the youth is one of the most actual problems in the Modern Russia. To improve it is one of the general tasks of the physical education teacher’s practical work. It is impossible to plan correctly the physical stress without the examination of the body’s physical abilities, even disregarding the amount of theoretical and methodic knowledge obtained by the specialist. The heart rate variability analysis exerted before and after the implementation of physical stress is the physiological basis of the Manual for the physical education teacher that is to explain the control of the impact on the students’ bodies formed by the physical stress. There are formed the individual and general power numbers of the heart rate variability main spectrum and of the morphological-functional condition index for the students studying «Track and field» and «Swimming» specialities, before physical stress and right after. There is justified the necessity of exerting the new research that would be to develop the means and methods of students’ condition monitoring during the physical exercise, which can be seen as the solid basis during the methodic recommendations’ development that determine the normalisation of the moving activity at the physical education classes.
