ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF PSYCHOLOGICAL AND EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS WITH TECHNOLOGY HIA AND DISABILITY IN THE PARADIGM OF COMPETENCY APPROACH

Abstract: 
The article discusses a new methodological approach to the development of psycho-pedagogical technologies of correctional and educational activities in work with children with HIA and disability, based on developments in the field of competence structuring, their differentiation according to various criteria and their status, which is essentially the subject of this study. We present three-level version of the component composition of competence, differentiated on the mega, macro and micro components, provides an estimate of the scheme of development or degree of disturbance, taking into account that proposed the formation of psycho-pedagogical technologies aimed at their correction and development. The results of research can be used in further theoretical, methodological developments and the practical activities of research and teaching staff.
