TO THE QUESTION OF PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF RHETORICAL IMPROVEMENT OF EMPLOYEES OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS BODIES IN THE PROCESS OF STUDY ON TRAINING COURSES

Abstract: 
Is necessary for the law enforcement officers in modern conditions to be able to competently and clearly express their thoughts, to effectively uphold legal justice, to speak in public, therefore increasingly becoming a necessity of raising the level of his rhetorical training. In this regard, the main purpose of this article is to search rhetorical pedagogical conditions of improvement of law enforcement officers in the process of training at courses of improvement of qualification. According to the results of carried out research the author reveals the pedagogical conditions promoting improvement of the rhetorical Department of the interior.
